By September 10, 2019, the company had completed the environmental assessment, safety assessment and planning review of the second phase project with an investment of 128 million yuan. It is planned to start construction in mid-October. The second phase of the project will focus on expansion and quality improvement of hydroxylamine sulfate, hydroxylamine hydrochloride and other products. At the same time, 6000t/y (equivalent as 100% content) acetaldehyde oxime products using the new green environmental protection technology of direct aminoxime with hydrogen peroxide are mainly introduced, which are expected to be completed and put into operation in May 2020.
